You're all set to start your day. Very positive, it's the form of magnesium it has, -without side effects- because... in another ZMA I had taken, it made me feel terrible! :-D The dose for me is two pills. Three is too much. The difficult part, however, if you haven't learned this way, is to sleep on an empty stomach. I make sure to take them on demanding days, when I can't catch up on sleep. :-/ That's it. 5* easily
