The "Italian-Greek Dictionary of Legal Terms" ("Dizionario giuridico Italiano-Greco") is a useful tool that on the one hand fills the relevant lexicographic gap and on the other hand complements the Greek-Italian Dictionary of Legal Terms already published by "Ekdotiki Patakis". An original, modern work that, despite its small volume, is comprehensive, including more than 3,000 legal terms, expressions, and phrases from all branches of law and is primarily (but not exclusively) aimed at legal professionals. Several entries are accompanied by brief explanatory comments. Finally, where the provisions of Italian law are analogous to those of Greek law, the corresponding Greek legal term is accompanied, within parentheses, by the provision of Greek law to which the Italian term presents conceptual relevance.
