The instructions require the connection of an EARTH cable to the ceiling!!! NOWHERE in Europe is an earth cable provided in the junction box! Only in industrial electrical installations do they occasionally bring an earth cable to the junction box. In residential installations, there is only phase and neutral. The electrical connection point is exposed, as a simple clamp touches the metal chassis on both sides! No protection from the manufacturer and a design flaw. That's why grounding the fan is necessary.
Another tragic requirement is to support it with 4 UPA screws in the junction box, with a support capacity of 25 kgs for safe operation of the fan! But excuse me. All junction boxes have plaster in the center of the ceiling light supply. I will have to remove the plaster, make a huge mess in the ceiling of the rented house, just to install 1 fan?
The third flaw: the iron plate that attaches the fan to the ceiling mounting base has only 1 hole, while the other two have threads. This hole, which is opposite to the other 2 and alone, and according to the manufacturer, will support only half the weight, which is 12.5 kgs during rotation, has ONLY 1 SIMPLE HOLE WITHOUT THREADS!!! But how will the corresponding screw be screwed in? The fan will fall to the floor, or rather it will fall on the head of the person who will support it, as soon as they let go of it!!!
This fan has SERIOUS FLAWS, or rather a COMPLETELY WRONG STUDY of support and operation, it is DANGEROUS for the person who will install it while standing on a ladder and for the CHILDREN who will be in their room later, because, mind you, we are talking about a CHILDREN'S FAN!

Stay away. I went twice and exchanged it. We installed it, opened it, and it made unbearable noise due to the motor's eccentric movement (it was not properly balanced and the moving parts were hitting each other due to the vibrations). It's a Chinese product through and through. It's also for a child's room... if you see the screws that hold all the weight, you will laugh and you won't even install it (I'm not talking about the metal screws and the hooks with which you attach the base to the ceiling... there you can and should use larger screws. I'm talking about the blade that connects the motor to the base on the ceiling). Not to mention the user manual that shows a support base from a different model (no relation to what the packaging contains). Give something more and get something better... so you won't cry if it falls on your head (or your children's)
