    I have had this particular monopod for 2 months and I admit that it has helped me a lot. It is a well-built monopod... its head is naturally only suitable for lightweight DSLR cameras. The only negative, and for this reason I gave it 4 stars, is that when making a specific left pan movement, instead of only the head turning, the base with the 3 legs underneath unscrews. I will try to lubricate the head to see if it changes anything because it moves with difficulty in pan movements compared to tilt movements.
