The book presents the 14 training categories for goalkeepers, which are showcased both in order of priority and by age.

Each training category includes a rich and specialized set of exercises accompanied by photographic material and illustrative sketches. A total of 168 exercises cover every aspect of specialized goalkeeper training.

This book does not aim to discover anything new or revolutionary. Its only goal is to organize what is already known.

Its creation was carried out to meet the needs arising from daily training with young goalkeepers, which lays the foundation for analysis, planning, and adaptation of the methodology to the needs of each individual goalkeeper.
