The third in the series of works by the late Archon Konstantinos Pringou, reissued by the Apostolic Diaconate of the Church of Greece, the Musical Beehive, due to the volume of musical texts and audio material found, compelled us to divide it into two volumes.

The first volume includes the hymns for the feasts from January to August, with an appendix containing the materials from the Triodion and the Pentecostarion. The second volume will contain the hymns for the feasts from September to December, thus following the structure of the first edition of the Musical Beehive from 1852.

Together with my collaborators, Konstantinos Lanaras and Dimitrios Papadopoulos, we tried to maintain the same philosophy as the previous works Anastasimatariu and Great Week, which were met with enthusiastic reception: to deliver a practical tool for the Analogion, complete from every aspect.
