This contribution fills a gap in the literature, providing legal professionals with a user-friendly and comprehensive practical guide to the process of an individual application based on the European Convention on Human Rights. All stages of the procedure are examined, from the preparation and submission of the application to the complete execution of the relevant court decision with the intervention of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe. Special emphasis is placed on the case law concerning Greek cases. The guide is supplemented with an Annex containing the application form for the European Court of Human Rights and the power of attorney form in Greek, as well as the text of the ECHR and the Protocols binding our country.
