    It's a dog, I've made two trips back and forth with it so far very well. The wheels are for a truck. Just two notes.

    First, if you plan to fill it up, know that it gets heavy. Even just 23kg, I mean if you put it on a plane, it gets tiring if you drag it for 2 days. Of course, it's much more comfortable than on the shoulder.

    Second, while it's good for what it is, it's all full plastic; if you want something more eco-friendly and can afford it, look for something made of waxed canvas so that your grandchildren can have it and not spit on you either...

    This particular bag was purchased for boarding and disembarking ships and boats in the Indian Ocean. (Maritime Security)
    The construction quality is very good, it has plenty of space for quite a few things. It has wheels that make it easy to transport, but you can also carry it on your back.
    It is durable as it has been hoisted with a rope to 15 meters to touch the iron on the ship at least 8 times and it hasn't suffered any damage.
    If you want it for travel within Greece and you are in the military, it's fine, but if you are heading to the Indian Ocean as a guard, know that it is durable but also bulky..

    Update: after 4 years it tore on the bottom side and is now useless. I really wore it out though.
