The book consists of 20 thematic units (5 for each season of the year) where activities are proposed based on a poem that cover all areas of knowledge and development.

The suggested activities include: linguistic and mathematical games, artistic creations, play ideas, experiments, musical and theatrical games, dramatization, references to mythology and folklore, environmental studies, and familiarity with new technologies (computer science).

For each activity, the age, objective, materials (where necessary), and duration are provided, which is estimated for a group of 15 children. Each unit includes small stories or short plays or texts for puppetry.

Additionally, for each topic, other stimuli from literature, music, and painting are suggested. The development of the activities is based on the principles of the PROJECT method and experiential communicative teaching.
