I have the same pillow for over 10 years... very satisfied.... so I bought it again. I give it 4 stars because the dimensions stated are completely incorrect. It is not 65 by 45 but 54 by 40, just like the old one I had. When I asked the official representative why these dimensions are stated, they told me that they refer to the dimensions of the pillowcase that fits the pillow, not the dimensions of the pillow itself!!!! Because I recently bought a bigger bed, I thought the product was available in larger dimensions, but I was mistaken about that. If the dimension issue doesn't concern you, I recommend buying it blindly.
