Unfortunately, the quality of the pillow is unacceptable. I had bought it in the past and that's why I decided to purchase it again (the first one was fantastic). I bought exactly the same one, but they have lowered the quality. It is thinner and not at all comfortable. I wasted 60€! I sent an email directly to Dunlopillo (with photos) but I never received a response. Unacceptable!
Δυστυχώς η ποιότητα του μαξιλάριου είναι απαράδεκτη. Το είχα ξαναπαρει στο παρελθόν και γι αυτό επανέλαβα την αγορά ( το 1ο ήταν φανταστικό). Αγοράσα ακριβώς το ίδιο αλλά έχουν ρίξει την ποιότητα. Είναι πιο λεπτό και καθόλου αναπαυτικο. Πέταξα 60€ ! Έστειλα email στην Dunlopillo απευθείας ( με φωτογραφίες) αλλά δεν έλαβα ποτέ απάντηση. Απαράδεκτοι!
