I bought the exact same product 6 years ago...(latex super comfort)...
It is no longer the same product... it is much softer... it does not provide as much support...
Maybe it is ideal for someone looking for a soft to medium pillow...
The old one I had was much harder and its composition did not change at all when the neck touched it... this one immediately "sinks".

The best pillow I have ever used.
It is not hard, but the head sinks just enough, without creating pressure points. Personally, it suits me both on my back and on my side, while lying on my stomach and on my side it is simply wonderful. It may need to be firmer for very large individuals who, due to their weight, may not be able to provide the necessary support.
Finally, use pillowcases of the same size so as not to compress the pillow.

The quality was not the same as what I had purchased from the local market (it was not filled enough with its material, it was flat instead of "inflatable"). Thank you very much for giving me the opportunity to evaluate the product.

I have had this particular pillow for two years. It is medium firmness and is the best pillow I have ever had. I had heard about Dunlopillo, but due to chronic pain (cervical hernias) I hadn't paid much attention. It only took one night and one sleep to completely change my mind. It turned out that now it is the only one that helps me sleep without pain and I even take it with me on vacation. Let me explain: I needed a pillow that supports the neck but is not rigid. This one (very gently) keeps the neck and head at a specific height all night without stretching it. Since I mostly sleep on my side, it is the only one that both "locks" the neck at a height and does not press on the ear. The feeling when you touch it is of a soft material that immediately takes the shape of your body but continues to support you. As soon as you get up, it returns to its original shape and is very cool, especially in the summer months. It is a bit larger than the standard size, so maybe some of your pillowcases won't fit it or will squeeze it. I suggest you don't be discouraged and, for the sake of the excellent sleep it will give you, get a new pillowcase. Also, don't make the mistake of squeezing the pillow into a smaller pillowcase because you won't let it do its job; it will be higher than normal and stiffer. Finally, it has a latex smell that disappears after a few sleeps. I'm thinking of getting a second one soon.
P.S. You can go to a Dunlopillo store to see it up close and try it out.

    Update 14/09/20 ---------
I finally got a second pillow! The first one is still excellent as on the first day. It hasn't deflated and hasn't changed size or shape. Just be careful, if you have a medium to soft mattress, this is the ideal pillow for you as it absorbs the pressure of the head just like the mattress does with the shoulders and pelvis. But if your mattress is firm to very firm (i.e., it keeps shoulders and pelvis relatively high without adapting to the body's curves), then you should get the firmer Danlopillo Latex Foam Pillow, which also keeps the head and neck a little higher and more stable. I slept on two different mattresses with the combination I mentioned above and really slept like a baby!

    Update 15/03/21 -------------
I got a third pillow! The first and second continue to "work" perfectly. They haven't deflated, haven't changed shape, haven't developed any smell, haven't opened up, haven't changed color! In the end, even on a firmer mattress, they hold their own! Once again, I recommend it to you with my eyes closed!!!

    Update 27/01/24-------------
After 6 years of continuous use, the first pillow has deflated a bit. I believe it needs to be washed (it can be washed normally in the washing machine) so that the latex returns to its original condition.

    Update 17/10/25 -------------
I finally had a cervical spinal fusion and absolutely needed very "careful" support at the back of my head. The pillow proved to be a "champion" once again! It lost a bit more of its original height. I had to wash it twice in the washing machine (normally this is forbidden but I couldn't wash it by hand) on the gentlest program for super extra delicate clothes and with the lowest spin. It washed just fine and to dry it I placed it on the drying rack because it needed to be exposed to air from all sides. In the summer, it took a day and a half to dry all the way to the center of the latex. In the autumn, it needed 3 days with plenty of air. A few days ago I realized that it had lost so much height that it no longer supported me properly and I was waking up with pain. My husband and I decided—he prefers to sleep on his back—that he would take mine and I would take his, which is also a Super Comfort but newer.

So, after 7 whole years of using this pillow, through years with a lot of pain and years with a post-surgery sensitive neck, I can say with ABSOLUTE CERTAINTY that this is THE pillow for people who sleep on their side. It rested me, helped me sleep peacefully when I needed it most, its materials proved excellent and it lasted 7 years at... its height and continues now as a lower pillow!
Tip: I used to take it with me in its case every time I needed to sleep away from home. Yes, people looked at me strangely and yes, I didn’t mind at all. Deep & restful sleep is one of the greatest gifts someone can give their body, and honestly, no strange look is worth more than that.
