First time I use this type of pillow and I am satisfied. It comes with its own velvety cover and you can put a pillowcase with dimensions of 52x72cm. It doesn't smell like latex, on one side it is flat and on the other it has two heights to choose from so that the neck aligns with the spine. I noticed a difference in the change from a regular pillow and my neck and shoulders relaxed. The firmness doesn't mean it's not elastic, it quickly returns to its position. Edit: 13-3-2024. Two months later I changed it because my back, neck, and left shoulder that I sleep on were hurting. I realized it was due to the pillow, also latex is not a cool material and my ear would stick when I slept on my side.
