The Path of the Bodhisattvas is a collection of texts from inner Buddhism. Specifically, it consists of nine sutras from the large collection Maharatnakuta Sutra, which contains a total of forty-nine texts.

"Maharatnakuta" means "treasure," and "sutra" is commonly referred to as the discourses of the Buddha to his students. May these nine ancient and rare texts of the Buddha's teachings stabilize the sword of wisdom in the hands of modern students.

The sword of wisdom does not require effort to appear in the hands of students. Perhaps it requires effort to free the hands from anything else the mind wishes to hold onto.
