Five stars from me, guys the machine is worth every last euro, on our first use it minced 12 kilos of goat meat twice with different filter sizes, I pushed it hard because the meat was a bit frozen and not completely fresh, also I should mention that the machine has high temperature protection, meaning as soon as it gets a bit hot it stops so it doesn't burn out and when it cools down a bit it starts again normally, I would have liked it to be a bit more robust in construction but guys for 45 euros I think it's the perfect product...

Very good machine, but if you want chicken mince you need to clean the meat well from tendons because it doesn't cut them, instead the knife gathers them and it doesn't mince. If it had a professional knife, it probably wouldn't have this issue.

I logged in to write a comment because it annoys me that some people buy a product for amateur use and have the expectation of professional use... I wouldn't buy a meat grinder just to grind the tomatoes from my garden, but I would get the appropriate product for that; you expect the machine to cut the tomatoes from the garden, wash them, peel them, and grind them while separating the seeds!!!! For goodness' sake!!!!!

I made about 5 kilos of minced meat from goat meat and I was very satisfied with the performance of the machine. I should also mention that I had left it unused for a year, during which I made a large quantity of sauce and tomato paste from the tomatoes in my garden... I mention the last part to tell you that after I cleaned it, I dried all the pieces, lightly oiled the metal part with the holes, wrapped it in paper towels, put them in their box, and a year later it was like new. Not a trace of oxidation despite the fact that the tomatoes are acidic. Excellent for minced meat and very good for tomato sauce.

I just used the product for making tomato juice. As mentioned in other reviews, it assembles easily, cleans easily, and is worth the money for an electric one. However, it does not separate skins and seeds from the pure juice (like some manual ones at the same price do), so it requires more effort to peel the tomatoes. And ultimately, it does the same job as a large blender. I would not recommend it for making tomato juice. Maybe only for grinding meat (but I have no opinion on that).

Overall, it has made 140 kilograms of sauce in 3 batches. It is a very good machine, exactly what you pay for! The parts are mainly hand washable. The texture of the sauce it produces is velvety and you can't see any tomato peel anywhere. I repeat, for 50€ it is very good and I recommend it, but only up to that point! A reliable machine for household use.

Good morning, I tried the machine and I was very satisfied. It was tested with chicken to make minced meat and it was very effective. Assembly and disassembly are very easy (less than 2 minutes) and it is quickly cleaned. The body, the shaft, and the clamp are made of aluminum, while the pressure handle is made of plastic. What needs attention during cleaning are the iron pieces (3) that need to be dried immediately and coated with oil to prevent rusting. It is important to note that the hand does not fit inside the meat chute to avoid any accidents.

I have been using this mill for over 2 years. I am very satisfied. Today is 08/14/2023. I would like to add, I never lubricate it with olive oil, I simply wipe it after washing, wrap it in kitchen paper, and let it dry in this form. Once it is dry, wrap it in kitchen paper and store it until the next use. It has never had a single drop of rust.
