The 290 carbon fiber monopod is a lightweight 4-section monopod that is both light and sturdy, ensuring the camera remains stable and absorbs vibrations. The 4-section construction allows this monopod to be very compact and easy to transport when closed. The rubber grip and wrist strap guarantee comfort and security during use. The strong magnesium locking levers have adjustable tension to tighten perfectly and compensate for the effects of wear from use, ensuring the monopod remains fully functional throughout its long lifespan.

The monopod screws directly onto the camera, but you can also attach a separate head, thanks to its dual screw for 1/4”-3/8” thread diameters.
