The 500PLong plate by Manfrotto for video cameras is a version of the standard plate that comes with the Manfrotto MVH500A and MVA500AH, allowing you greater balance adjustment on the head than is available with the standard plate. The plate features approximately 100mm of travel and the attachment slot provides over 50.8mm of adjustment. The plate includes 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 attachment screws and a removable anti-rotation pin. The top of the plate features rubber strips that help prevent your camera from rotating on the plate.
