So far it's fine, I have the 400/800kg one. After about 10 bags of wood, each about 50kg, it stopped because it overheated... you wait 2-3 minutes and continue.
Also, you need to make sure to build a structure (hoist base) suitable for the weight you want to lift. The standard commercial bases are not strong enough for so much weight.

It has been tested so far in lifting bags of soil and cement to a height of about 5 meters (I load 5 bags each time, so about 125 kilos) it performs well and I wouldn't say excellently because from the noise it makes it seems like it might be struggling a bit. I use it with the single wire rope.

Very nice and slow. It saved us from the daily torture of carrying wood up for our wood stove. Before we bought it, we had reached the point where our arms were longer than our legs.

It was installed for lifting wood to the second floor. It easily lifts full construction bags with wood. After transporting 1-1.5 tons in consecutive trips (maybe 1-1.5 hours), it hadn't heated up and was working normally

Ten years ago I had another 250-kilogram one. I installed the Express last week. The cable goes very slowly and makes noise. At least it does the job for the 100 kilograms I lift.

It is the second time I have taken it for repair to you in six months. Its usage is minimal. In six months, I used it 5-6 times.
Last time, I carried it three times to the 5th floor from 25 kgs, and the third time it stopped one meter before reaching the 5th floor. I waited 5 minutes for it to work again. I am trying to get my money back.

As a lightweight lifting device for wood (using a small metal bucket), it is more than sufficient and a very good value for money. It operates flawlessly even in very low temperatures. I have supported it on a quality metal support ladder. When I used it to lift tiles (more weight/continuous operation for some time), it heated up and stopped working relatively quickly. I do not recommend it for continuous use and for loads > 50kg.

I give it 4 stars because some wires were cut.
Now, as for the power, I am satisfied, it cut 3 tons of wood in 5 hours and a height of 3 meters.

I would say it's very good and I am satisfied. I have never had anything else to compare it to though. I use it for lifting construction materials weighing up to 50-70 kg. The wire rope has come off the pulley once, probably due to my own mistake. Attention is needed to ensure that the wire rope is wrapped uniformly so that disturbances do not occur during lifting. I have not measured how close the lifting speeds are to the specifications in reality, but they are satisfactory for amateur use.

I came across this page randomly because I thought it would be appropriate to evaluate an electric pallet jack that I have had for 5 years and has never had any issues. I use it every winter to transport firewood from the 2nd floor and so far it has not had any problems. I used the approved ladder and arm from the company. I always keep it covered with a bag and it remains in excellent condition.
