First time using a pressure cooker, its use is super easy for someone who knows about cooking; they can understand the times, although there are indicative times in the booklet, but still the same product can be done faster than it says. Be careful not to use coarse salt; the only certainty besides the ease of time is that the food is much tastier compared to a conventional pot. As for the timer, it's incredibly easy. I would suggest washing the pressure cooker's gasket as soon as you finish cooking to extend its lifespan.

Excellent product. This is my 1st pressure cooker. Cooks very quickly and deliciously. It is lightweight. The timer is a big plus.

The previous experience I had with a well-known brand pressure cooker was traumatic. Because of this, for many years I didn't have a pressure cooker, until my cooking time became limited due to obligations.
To summarize: it is lightweight, it is easy to store because it doesn't have a long handle, it has a very easy locking mechanism. With the previous one, which was very heavy, I had to struggle to get the lid to lock. It has an excellent bottom which, combined with the induction stoves, makes cooking super fast with less power on the stoves. The food becomes very tasty and the timer it has ensures the correct cooking time. By the way, you can have it on you while cooking and when it notifies you of the end of the time, you turn off the stove and release the pressure. Compared to the previous pressure cooker, the noise is not loud. By removing the sealing ring, it can also be put in the dishwasher.
In practice, it solves your hands. It is safe and practical.

Excellent pressure cooker. I have no experience with previous pressure cookers but the lid opens and closes very easily, it is very easy to clean, cooks perfectly and of course the timer is excellent, as it notifies you when to lower the temperature and when the food is ready. I love it!

I had a Pyramis pressure cooker for 10 years and my only issue was with legumes. After needing to replace it after sooo much use, after months of research, I ended up with this specific Tefal one and it really is worth its money and more!!!! First of all, I cook EVERYTHING at a LOWER TEMPERATURE than before and I emphasize WITH LESS WATER!!! Very easy to use and the timer that comes with it is very helpful!!!! From the previous one we had, the fissler makes less noise and the timer is very good and a smart idea, it doesn't go in the big eye of the kitchen, it doesn't drip.

Very easy to use, the lid adjusts and locks on its own. It doesn't open if there is still pressure in the cooker. I tested it. It cooks chickpeas in about 30 minutes. With a regular pot, it would take me 2 hours or more. It is very convenient and saves a lot of time in your life. One of the best purchases I have made. It also has a timer that is very helpful. I had no experience with cooking, I struggled to figure out the cooking times for a meal.....With this specific tool, I now make giant beans in 45 minutes and they are perfect, yes, giant beans in the pressure cooker....I would give it 6 stars if I could for the timer it has.....Sturdy, easy to use, yes expensive, but you won't cook in any other pot again....I dare to say that even the beef stew comes out just as perfect as in a casserole dish.....
Note: It cooks vegetables in steam in 8 minutes.....

Edit: After using it 3 or 4 times, the timer broke and it stopped working, which is essentially what wins you over. The warranty does not cover it because it is an independent part. (And I ask myself, since it is an independent part, isn't it part of the cooker?) I didn't like that. And also, the fact that it broke in such a short period of time with minimal use.

As for the manuals, mine came with a manual that includes both Greek and all cooking times according to the type (vegetables, rice, meat/fish - all derivatives). The recipe book is the one that came in English and Arabic, which is available in Greek on the Tefal website. It is worth its money and more!

My new pressure cooker opens and closes with one motion, cooks without any leaks, and the built-in timer is really useful. I definitely recommend it, it's worth the money. The recipe book doesn't have anything in Greek, but if someone needs to read the recipes, they can find them in Greek on the Tefal website
