Before shampooing: On dry hair, leave the mask on for 5 minutes up to overnight for intensive nourishment.
In the shower, after shampooing: Leave the mask on for 2-3 minutes and then rinse.

Wasted money. I'm crying over the 6 and something euros. I used to spend about the same and get one for 12€ but much better. No hydration at all. On the contrary, it dried my hair and left an unpleasant smell on the ends of my hair for days.
