It stopped working after a few months of use and now it simply maintains the existing battery at X% that it connected without increasing the charge at all. It also makes a sound like old modems in complete silence. I do not recommend it.

The product that arrived to me is defective. Now, after this, what can one say... it makes an annoying noise while charging (like a dying cockroach). Its packaging is like it was bought from a wandering seller in some strange neighborhood in Athens. It didn't even have plastic covers on the charger (the ones you peel off), and I remember that as soon as I opened the package, I thought it was impossible for Samsung to have such packaging. Furthermore, the description on the "box" has spelling mistakes ("moblie" instead of mobile). Also, the cherry on top was the authenticity sticker that I have never seen before on a Samsung product. I even tried to search for the product with Google Lens and, as you can imagine, I found nothing.
In conclusion, with a decimal point more, there could have been much higher quality options in my area without having to pay the premium for the services and compromise on the product's quality. Spend 5 euros more to avoid dealing with warranties and returns. It really isn't worth the trouble.
Edit: after 2 days, it has started to break down, probably the charger, since when I charge my phone, it gives notifications that the charging stops in between and starts again after 2 seconds. It's like receiving spam notifications and triple the charging time. I will request a return.

It didn't even have plastic covers on the charger (the ones you peel off), and I remember that as soon as I opened the package, I thought it was impossible for Samsung to have such packaging. Furthermore, the description on the "box" has spelling mistakes ("moblie" instead of mobile). Also, the cherry on top was the authenticity sticker that I have never seen before on a Samsung product. I even tried to search for the product with Google Lens and, as you can imagine, I found nothing.
In conclusion, with a decimal point more, there could have been much higher quality options in my area without having to pay the premium for the services and compromise on the product's quality. Spend 5 euros more to avoid dealing with warranties and returns. It really isn't worth the trouble.
