This study is the first extensive work of our Foundation's Youth Group. From the selection of the topic to its structure and the expressed opinions, we left the initiative to the young authors. We only exchanged some preliminary general views on the subject at the beginning.

Subsequently, the youth asked the Lecturer of the University of Athens, Mr. Kioupi, to provide them with his valuable supervision, which he very willingly accepted.

This work provides useful data and interesting views on the very pressing issue it addresses, which has now become a serious social wound.

The problem has become much more dangerous and widespread due to the use of electronic means for advertising, inciting irritation, and conducting the act. Both the investigation and the handling of it have become more difficult.

This document contains valuable insights into how it is addressed by the legislations of various countries, with different cultural perceptions, which can be useful for further deepening the problem.
