The ratchet adjustment provides 30% greater gripping capacity than conventional water pump pliers of the same length, while the double spring allows smooth opening.

The specially hardened teeth have a hardness of approximately 61 HRC and are wear-resistant. The box-joint design with double guide provides stability, while the closing stop protects fingers from being pinched. The robust construction resists dirt and is suitable for outdoor work.
