See Description & SpecificationsSoft and fluffy mattress. I use it for outdoor exercise and specifically place it on soil with small pebbles here and there. I can comfortably do knee exercises, I don't feel any discomfort. Very good purchase.
Value for money, I would buy it a little wide.
Very good - of course, it is big to carry to a lesson but for a permanent space, perfect
