After 2 weeks of use, I noticed a difference. I take 2 capsules 1 hour before each meal and combine them with the Glucose formula, 1 capsule during each meal as my doctor advised. I feel full with half the amount of food compared to before, and the Glucose formula curbs my sweet cravings, so the result for me is very good. Also, after 2 weeks, I stopped drinking coffee; I no longer even like the taste, considering I used to drink 2 quadruples every day. The bloating has also disappeared, and I can breathe comfortably now. However, let’s not forget that our own effort and organization of our diet are also needed in combination with the supplement.

It didn't work for me at all. I am a man weighing 70kg and I take 3 capsules about 1.5-2 hours before lunch and dinner with a bottle of water (500ml). I never felt any fullness and it didn't help me eat less. As much as I ate, I eat. I can't say that it brought me fullness at any meal and I didn't finish my portion. I will not buy it again.

    It really suppresses the appetite! You need 3-4 capsules morning and night before each main meal, at least 1.5 to 2 hours beforehand. If you don't use it this way, you won't see any difference. I've been using it for over 6 months and I've lost weight without a specific diet
