The Vanguard Alta Pro 2+ 263AB100 is a top-quality tripod kit with a head. It consists of a 3-section aluminum tripod and the Vanguard Alta BH-100 ball head with a maximum supported load of 7 kgs. It stands out for its innovative central column design with the ability to lock at any angle in a very quick, easy, and secure way (MACC – Multi-Angle Central Column technology).

It has a low weight of 2.4 kgs, with a maximum operational height of 1.73 m and a transport length of 74 cm.

The legs have the ability to independently adjust to an opening of 20°, 40°, 60°, or 80° and lock with a small 35° twist for rapid height adjustments. Quality rubber material on two of the legs ensures safe handling of the tripod in any weather conditions, while the rubber feet promise great stability on any terrain. The central column features a hook for optional counterweight attachment for maximum stability.

The central column has a hexagonal design for maximum stability. Its horizontal tilt can be precisely adjusted in 15° increments, allowing you to take shots at a minimum height of 39 cm.

    Few tripods do what this one does! New fast deployment and leg locking system. The center column unlocks, easier than any other tripod in the world right now, and besides free rotation it can take any angle. Solid and stable, maybe a slight play in the center column when fully extended. Legs lock at multiple angles from almost flat on the floor to very closed. I don't know if any other tripod at this price does what this one does.
