    It does not live up to what it claims to do. It leaves a lot of hair when used with the special cover for sensitive areas. Some of the teeth on the trimmer broke without me exerting any force. The replacement trimmer is as expensive as a new machine. The experience with Panasonic's customer service was also bad. From now on, my experience tells me to only go for Philips.

I have tried various machines and supposedly I bought this one for better results after all the advertising that has been done. The machine is terrible. The oil that comes in the package does nothing. It is NOT WORTH it under any circumstances. Luckily, I bought it at half price in a sale
