The Romeo family is an All-in-One control board based on Arduino, specifically designed for robotic applications by DFRobot. It consists of the open Arduino platform and can be easily expanded with your Arduino shields. The built-in two-way DC motor driver and wireless socket allow you to start your robotic project immediately without an additional motor driver. It is designed to provide extra power for servos that require more current.

The Romeo features DFRobot's standard 3Pin-out and is compatible with the sensors and mechanisms of the Gravity series. A plethora of sensors can now simply connect to the Romeo.

The Romeo BLE is a new member of the Romeo family. This robot controller inherits all the functions of the all-in-one Romeo controller. It features built-in Bluetooth 4.0, providing the convenience of setup. Thanks to Bluetooth 4.0, it supports wireless sketch upload, eliminating the need for a cable connection to upgrade the code. Only a USB Bluno Link adapter is required for upgrade via Air.

With the Romeo BLE, all DFRobot mobile platforms and robots can now operate with iOS devices via the "GoBle" app. It also supports the Visual Programming app (WhenDo).
