Law 4335/2015 fundamentally changed the structure of the special procedures of the Civil Procedure Code, even modifying them in key aspects.

This work systematically presents the special procedures in their new form. Separate chapters analyze both their common fundamental provisions and the three broader categories of disputes: family, marriage, and cohabitation; property disputes; and injunctions, supported by the most recent case law, including judicial decisions already issued by the courts under Law 4335/2015.

The aim of the book is both to provide a systematic and comprehensive presentation of the "new" special procedures and to examine problematic and disputed points of the new law, which will undoubtedly be addressed by theory and practice in the near future. The interpretative solutions proposed will support the work of judges and lawyers in applying Law 4335/2015.
