The first part of the book presents a comprehensive and concise overview of the new Civil Procedure (under law 4335/2015), specifically focusing on the diagnostic trial at the first level of jurisdiction (ordinary and special procedures), evidence law, legal remedies, and enforcement law.

The second part of the book selects the most critical decisions from the Plenary Session of the Supreme Court in recent years, which are accompanied by indicative bibliography and the most modern case law, followed by commentary and critique of each decision by the authors.

The third part of the work includes a series of sample motions from the diagnostic trial at both the first and second levels, as well as templates for enforcement actions from the service of the enforcement order to the settlement of claims that have been ranked in a distribution table.
