The aim of this work is to present the law of collective labor relations in a clear and systematic manner, avoiding unnecessary theoretical analyses.

The book is divided into three parts. The first deals with trade union freedoms and the law of trade union organizations, the second with the law of collective labor agreements, and the third part with the law of strikes.

All three parts certainly form an indivisible unity, as their subjects are manifestations of the constitutionally protected trade union freedom, which includes the formation and action of trade union organizations.

Finally, the work is complemented by a detailed lexical index.
