Description

Need for Speed, one of the best-selling video game series in the world, returns more vengeful than ever with the new action-driving blockbuster, Need for Speed Payback.

Travel to the underworld of Fortune Valley. Betrayal has split your team, and revenge will reunite you to take down The House, a nefarious cartel that rules the city's casinos, criminals, and cops. In this corrupt gambler's paradise, the stakes are high, and The House always wins.

Play through a variety of world events as Tyler - Racer, Mac - Showman, and Jess - Wheelman. Each driver must participate in races, missions, and challenges to earn the respect of the Valley's underworld and compete in the ultimate race to defeat The House.

Your car is at the center of everything you do. Build unique high-performance race cars with unprecedented customization options. Push them to their limits and escape capture in relentless cop chases. Face off against other racers on and off-road through canyons, deserts, mountains, and the city.

Raise the stakes by betting extra in-game money on events, challenges, and missions that can multiply your winnings. But you might lose it all. Finally, to boast even more, connect and compete with friends through Autolog recommendations and, for the first time, with potential rivals. Your leaderboard will be filled with players of similar skill levels, so you can see your ranking against the rest of the world.

From outrageous heist missions to intense car battles and breathtaking moments, with Need for Speed Payback, you'll experience the ultimate action-driving fantasy and adrenaline-pumping moments.

From Wreck to Stock to Supercar

Your car is at the center of everything you do in Need for Speed Payback. Customize endlessly every detail of the performance in each of the five distinct car categories: Race, Drift, Off-Road, Drag, and Speed, to change the dynamics of the competition in every race, mission, or challenge. Find abandoned wrecked cars in the game world and build the perfect car from scratch. Collect, win, or buy the latest aftermarket parts and turn as many cars as you want into the ultimate driving machines.

Experience the ultimate driving-action fantasy

Play an explosive action-packed adventure as three completely different player characters with a common goal: revenge. Tyler, Mac, and Jess team up to even the odds and take part in the ultimate race to crush The House. Face off against cops with ever-increasing intensity, race against rivals across the city, and drive on and off-road through mountains, canyons, and deserts.

High-Risk Competition

Take risks and win with the brand-new Risk vs Reward gameplay style. Intense police chases are back, and the stakes have never been higher. Risk your reputation and challenge friends or potential rivals through Autolog's suggestions in campaign events or face them head-on in classic online leaderboards.

For fans of Need for Speed, it is a very good game with great gameplay, many cars, and a career with lots of things that you won't easily get bored of. The off-road category for "Need for Speed" is a bit strange to me, but it doesn't bother me. There are many things in car customization. The only thing that bothers me is the performance of the cars, which is done with cards, etc. I would like the classic "boosting turbo", programming, etc. to resemble more of a garage, my friend. Like the classic Need for Speed games.

Here guys, I take my hat off to it, I have it on PS4 and there everything is terrible for me, but on my computer it's a whole different story, I fell in love with it and I don't know if I'll ever get bored of it. I just wish it had more cars and a bigger single-player mode. The capabilities of my computer, which I play on ultra graphics, are as follows: Intel Core i3 10th generation, 4 cores, 8 threads, 3.60GHz, 16GB DDR4 RAM (2666MHz), classic HDD 1TB, I could have installed it on my system's SSD 256GB Kingston, but I want it clean. My graphics card is a simple GTX 1060 with 3GB, and a 550-watt power supply

So now I got it when it came out.. It impressed me but personally it didn't keep me hooked for so long (I mean over 500 hours) because I like Drift and its drift is not good at all and not realistic. It has a lot of things to do to make money, customization, they have also added off-road crazy many cars in general it is good and keeps you playing in combination with everything else, the story is good I think small big map I would say I like that it has old cars and you can make them awesome, I recommend adding it to your collection because it is a balanced game and has a bit of everything (if you like dirt you play dirt if you want racing you play racing if you want you play drag) that's it

The game is not worth its money, the previous one was much better. I tell anyone who hasn't bought it not to buy it or to buy the previous one or to wait for the next one. Anyway, for me, the game is a failure

Flawless but I believe it is poorly optimized (low fps) and the graphics are so good that they are also very heavy (what concerns me is that the graphics could be softer, for example, CS GO 2019. Excellent graphics but 100000000...0% flawless optimization. Not that 40 FPS on ULTRA (without V-Sync) is bad but with a little good optimization they could be max. 140), maybe I am exaggerating a bit. I have MSI GTX 1050 Ti OC, AMD RYZEN 5 2600x 3.6 GHz, 16 GB RAM G.SKILL AEGIS 3000MHz and MSI B450M Gaming Plus. I believe that with these (excluding the GPU) it should run (and with the GPU) at least 75 fps with V-SYNC.

For under 20 euros, it's worth it. For more, not even close. It's quite heavy, I have a 1,000 euro PC and every time I open it, it freezes for the first 20 minutes like... (only the 1,000 euro parts, with peripherals 1,300) but I like the driving feel and the fact that it has many options for customizing the car. Another drawback is that the game doesn't have the best car in the world, the king of the car community and every car guy's dream, like mine, the legendary mkIV Toyota Supra Turbo...

  • Here guys, I take my hat off to it, I have it on PS4 and there everything is terrible for me, but on my computer it's a whole different story, I fell in love with it and I don't know if I'll ever get bored of it.

  • So now I got it when it came out..

  • The game is not worth its money, the previous one was much better. I tell anyone who hasn't bought it not to buy it or to buy the previous one or to wait for the next one. Anyway, for me, the game is a failure

  • Flawless but I believe it is poorly optimized (low fps) and the graphics are so good that they are also very heavy (what concerns me is that the graphics could be softer, for example, CS GO 2019.
