ER-LAC Monocoat Thermo plastic paint is an acrylic, heat-insulating paint for exterior vertical building surfaces. It creates a matte, waterproof and flexible film that protects masonry from moisture and adverse weather conditions. It can be applied to plaster, plasterboard, cement and concrete, provided the surfaces are clean, sound and properly prepared.
Its formula offers resistance to UV radiation and helps prevent yellowing. On concrete, it helps protect against carbonation and preserve the reinforcement, while its flexibility helps the surface withstand expansion and contraction. Apply with a roller or brush in 2 coats, allowing 2–4 hours before recoating.
