    First of all, I am reviewing after 5 years with just one hand on my outdoor and northern area... it is simply excellent due to its composition and the fact that it is silicone-based, it does not crack, does not fade, and my house looks like it was painted this year... incomparably better than the kraft 4seasons that I chose for my country house last year and, of course, its price!
