Berling Monostop Thermo acrylic thermal-insulating plastic paint is designed for exterior use and acts as an energy-efficient, elastomeric hybrid membrane for roof waterproofing. Based on acrylic and polyurethane resins, it adheres to properly prepared surfaces and accommodates their contraction and expansion. As a cool coating, it has high solar reflectance and helps improve thermal comfort and save energy.
It forms a continuous waterproofing film with no joints or seams, while its additives prevent microorganisms from growing on the film. It offers high resistance to standing water and outdoor weather conditions, as well as protection against ultraviolet radiation, pollutants, dust and stains. It is washable and water-soluble, and can be maintained or repaired locally.
