It is called a "thermal insulating" paint, but it certainly does not mean that simply painting the ceiling will give you any thermal insulation difference. It has very good coverage and gives a visually pleasing result — that's about it.

I have applied it for 5 months on a wall that has moisture issues and so far everything is good, I don't see signs that the wall has sweated. Like with a simple paint that I had previously.

I painted a ground floor apartment that had humidity issues after first scraping and priming it with a primer from the same company. Excellent results. Good coverage of the paint on the walls and no more humidity or cracking issues. I also noticed its thermal insulation performance. It probably blocks the transfer of IR radiation. I would recommend it.
