The Nanophos SurfaPaint ThermoDry Elastomeric Roof elastomeric acrylic polyurethane waterproofing coating forms a protective membrane for rooftops and other exterior horizontal or sloped surfaces. It retains its elasticity across a wide range of temperature fluctuations, prevents moisture penetration and allows the surface to breathe. Its low thermal conductivity, reflection of infrared radiation and re-emission of heat help save energy.
The coating is resistant to UV radiation and weather conditions, and provides waterproofing even in standing water or snow. It is certified as a cool coating by the European Cool Roofs Council (ECRC). It can be applied to concrete, cement tiles, terrazzo, cement screed and mineral-surfaced bituminous membranes without an aluminium coating.
