Despite being short in stature, Roger seems to have it all: he is the most successful talent scout in Norway, has married the beautiful owner of an art gallery, and lives in a dream house.

However, to maintain his financial balance, he also practices a second profession, that of a thief of expensive artworks. One day, he gets the chance to organize one last big job, the one that will free him from all his debts.
