It is good that it has 3 positions- heights (49.5 cm, 63 cm and 74.5 cm). it is not that easy to assemble and dissasemble, you must keep your foot on the edge to be able to take out the metal from the plastic, but it is quite stable and okeish to eat for 2 people (2 plates + salads for example) and to work. in order to not be crammed, it should be longer. it does not move at all, sturdy, stable. the only inconvenience is that it doesn't have an automatic system. the color is a dirty white. the surface is not shiny, but a bit porous, it might stain. i found that the best position for the couch is the second, at 63 cm, since my Ikea couch has the seating at about 45 cm. good that it has different positions. be careful if you put it against the wall, behind the couch or so, because it has this black rubber protectors at the edges, it might leave traces on the wall ( i painted the walls, not being careful)
I got it for indoor use, so I don't have an opinion on questions about outdoor use... I got it because I needed additional space in my kitchen... very stable and lightweight... I am very satisfied

I use it indoors and I'm very disappointed with the build quality. The metal legs come out of the inserts underneath the table easily, so you should be very careful when you move it around with stuff on it, otherwise the leg will get detached and you're suddenly carrying the table with all the weight on it with no support underneath, risking to drop everything and even get injured if there's anything hot or sharp on it. The legs themselves are uneven, and it wobbles a lot. The plastic tips that cover the legs are very loose and come out very easily and very often.
It might be my mistake that I once put a hot pot on it, but I didn't think it would warp that easily, because the plastic is thick and strong. Now that it warped, it's even more unstable, and the legs are more prone to be detached. I can see that this is a big issue for a table that's designed to be used outdoors, because it will definitely warp if you leave it under the sun.
The surface of the table is rough and unpolished, which makes it a nightmare to clean. It's very hard to pull bread crumps off of it with your hands, and everything else sticks to that rough surface easily and needs to be scrubbed off with care and effort. A smooth table would never have these issues.
My recommendation is that you steer away from this table and find yourself a better one, preferably wooden with a polished surface.

I would say it's quite good, I got it to do nails in my small apartment so I could easily store it without taking up space. It takes a little effort to remove the legs but nothing major. It's 100% worth the money.
