I have had this ironing system for about a year and a half and I can say that I am completely satisfied. It heats up quickly, cleans easily, and has very good steam. I haven't encountered any problems so far. I can say that I recommend it.

I bought it about a month ago, and the previous one I had was Tefal, so I trusted the company again, although compared to the previous one I had, it is a more economical model, it does its job just fine!! With a lot of steam without needing to adjust the temperature and lightweight in hand! If I had to find something, it's that it heats the water in 2 minutes while the previous one I had was ready in 1 minute.. Value for money!!

Compared to the previous Tefal GV 9150 I had for 12 years - no comparison - I believed it would be better due to new technology but I was mistaken.
    a. It doesn't have a thermostat to adjust the temperature; it works permanently at a medium temperature as if you have a common iron on 2, which is why it doesn't burn the fabrics as it correctly promises.
    b. The steam it produces is enough to iron only half of the garment; suddenly it stops and you have to wait a few seconds for it to pump water and produce steam again. From customer service, I was told that it does this because it has a smaller internal boiler compared to my previous iron and runs out of water quickly, so it needs to draw water from the main tank. This is annoying... and a waste of time.
    c. It has 2 steam levels. I, being demanding, set it to 2 and after a while I see it turned off and I have to reset it.

The positive thing I found in this iron... is that it is indeed lightweight and the soleplate glides on the fabric.

Advice: Spend 20 euros more and get a model that has a thermostat.
