I had it to cut 1.75mm 3D printer filament, which is very soft plastic, and it cut perfectly. One day, I went to cut a nickel strip for batteries with a thickness of 0.15 millimeters (yes, you read that right, 0.15 of a millimeter) and it broke immediately, and the sharp and pointy large piece that broke flew out with incredible speed like a shard. I should note that this specific strip cutter cuts like you’re cutting paper.
Guys, stay away from these specific pieces because they can easily injure you when they break, and it’s guaranteed that they will break. Spare your eyes and get something better made, not Chinese junk

VFM, very useful tool, perfect for UTP cables, for flexible cables, and generally for plastic anything...

If you cut metallic wires, even if they are 0.25mm strands... the first cut damages it and it doesn't cut well afterwards. It is only for copper/aluminum/lead/tin/plastic/wood/rubber/etc.

As you can see in the photos, this happens if you try to cut a 1.5mm copper sheet... It breaks and flies off like a bullet. That's why these cutters have "wear glasses" written on them. So, under no circumstances should you force it, but don't expect it to require a lot of force to break.

The ultimate tool for crafters... macrame

I bought it in January '20 for metal FTP connectors.
Then it proved ideal for fixing macrame.
It cuts accurately and after 2½ years, its edge has not been altered at all.
I have made a protective cover for the tip and I don't use it anywhere else.
It's good not to drop it!
Also, it requires its own space... to avoid injuries.

If you are into crafting or have someone you know who is, you've just found a very useful gift!

It does its job just fine, it has been helpful for me. The use I make of it does not involve cutting hard materials, so I cannot speak about its durability.

I put excellent because let's not forget it costs 4 euros! For cables, it's just fine. We won't examine at this price if the cutting surfaces have the perfect application as if it cost 50... anyway, it's better than the 3 euro ones I bought

It does a good job in relation to its cost, but be careful, it is inflexible and breaks easily, so it is probably a metal alloy. I have changed 4 of them. Therefore, definitely wear safety glasses if you use it

Good wire cutter for its cost, but for small diameter cables. Definitely satisfactory for its price.

As long as we use it, it does its job perfectly fine, its price is excellent compared to the product and more, and of course, I have already recommended it for purchase from this specific store that served me excellently.

Very good wire stripper, it strips and cuts small cables perfectly as well as larger ones, although it struggles with very thick ones like coaxial cables because it doesn't have a large "opening". After all, it is an electronic wire stripper. I highly recommend it without hesitation!!
