Isomat Monoelastic is a flexible, fiber-reinforced, brush-applied, single-component cement-based waterproofing mortar, enhanced with polymer components (resins). Once cured, it forms a seamless membrane capable of bridging cracks and providing waterproofing under pressure of up to 7 atm according to DIN 1048-5. It protects concrete against carbonation, is water-vapor permeable, and resists aging.
It is suitable for waterproofing roofs and surfaces made of concrete, render, brick, concrete block, terrazzo, plasterboard, wood, and metal. It adheres to slightly damp surfaces without prior priming.
