Vive Roof elastomeric acrylic waterproofing coating is a water-based liquid membrane for terraces, parapets, light wells and tiled roofs. Its high elasticity and resistance to adverse weather conditions make it suitable for waterproofing. It is certified as a cool roof coating by the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
Its solar reflectance (SR) is 0.82, its infrared emissivity (ε) is 0.9 and its solar reflectance index (SRI) is 103. The product reduces terrace temperatures by 3–5 °C in summer, helping reduce the need for air conditioning and save energy. It is touch-dry in 3 hours and can be recoated after 24 hours; drying times may vary depending on humidity and temperature.
