- It has great adhesion and elasticity, withstands high temperatures and frost, and remains elastic from 80°C to below -20°C.
- VIVEDUR is a certified cool paint with high reflectivity to solar radiation SR=0.84 and a high emissivity coefficient to infrared radiation e=0.89. (National and Kapodistrian University of Athens).
- It significantly reduces the temperature of the terrace in the summer by 3-5°C and keeps it waterproof in the winter, thus reducing the need for air conditioning and contributing to energy savings.
- Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free from defective or poorly cohesive materials, dust, oils, and salts.
