Neotex Silatex Super is an elastomeric, acrylic and cement-based waterproofing coating in liquid form, suitable for flat roofs, roof tiles and ridges, metal surfaces, exterior walls and air-conditioning pipes. It can also be applied to old bituminous membranes or asphalt shingles that have weathered due to exposure to sunlight. To bridge cracks wider than 1.5 mm, it can be reinforced with Neotextile non-woven polyester fabric, in which case at least 3 coats are required.
Do not apply in damp conditions, when wet weather is expected within the next 48 hours, or at temperatures below +5 °C. When stored in its original, sealed packaging and protected from frost and sunlight, it has a shelf life of at least 2 years.
