Berling BEROFLEX elastomeric roof coating is a water-based, brush-applied liquid for waterproofing and damp-proofing roofs. It offers high elasticity, adhesion and resistance to changing weather conditions, protecting surfaces from moisture and rain.
Apply in two coats using a brush or roller. Apply the second coat crosswise after 24 hours. Do not dilute. The surface must be dry and clean. During application, the temperature must be at least 10 °C and the relative humidity below 80%. Protect the coated surface from rain for 7–8 days.
