- Forms a seamless, elastic, waterproof, and breathable membrane.
- Has very good adhesion to various surfaces, such as concrete, cement screeds, wood, etc., as well as to most waterproofing layers.
- Its application does not require substrate smoothness.
- Does not yellow and maintains its color unchanged.
