Neotex Silatex Reflect acrylic paint is an elastomeric waterproofing coating for exterior surfaces with thermal insulation properties. It reflects solar radiation, reducing the temperature of sun-exposed surfaces and the energy consumed for air conditioning in summer. It is vapor-permeable, covers hairline cracks and retains its elasticity, helping to keep surfaces watertight.
It resists salts and temperatures as low as -40 °C. Its surface does not become sticky, even at very high temperatures, while retaining its heat-reflective properties and whiteness. It also helps reduce the urban heat island effect, air pollution and CO2 emissions, and supports the photocatalytic breakdown of pollutants.
