The L-Mesitran® Tulle 10cm x 10cm patch is a sterile, non-adhesive, synthetic gauze impregnated with the L-Mesitran® Soft antibacterial ointment containing 40% medical-grade honey. It is an excellent choice for healing superficial or medium-depth ulcers with medium-low exudates.

COMPOSITION

  • Medical-grade honey (40%): Moderate osmotic action
  • Vitamin C: Promotes the synthesis of collagen and connective tissues.
  • Vitamin E: Strong anti-inflammatory, immunological properties. Enhances the healing process.
  • Hypoallergenic lanolin: Promotes wound epithelialization.
  • Polyethylene glycols 4000: Density stabilizers.

INDICATIONS

  • Healing of superficial and medium depth ulcers with low or medium exudates, e.g., pressure ulcers of 1st-3rd degree with or without watery necrosis.
  • Post-operative wounds.
