From being able to study for 8 hours as a student 20 years ago, I had dropped to only being able to concentrate for half an hour, with these vitamins my concentration while studying increased to 7-8 hours, when I have the time. As a capsule, it is mediocre, the taste is awful, you want to swallow it quickly but its shape is a bit long which makes it difficult to swallow. As a vitamin, I cannot judge, but it contains more B vitamins than others at a good price for 60 capsules.

About 3 weeks that I consume it.. one in the morning and one at noon... I still don't have an opinion about the general benefit of the supplement.. I give it 4 stars because I consider the texture and shape of the pill not appropriate.. you can't easily swallow it.. it's not too big and I would describe the shape as rectangular, it sticks to the throat or tongue.. it's not easy for me to swallow it with water.. only with food.. anyway, I haven't seen any contraindication and I feel fine. Very good doses of all B vitamins. The exception is B7, also known as choline, which is not included in the formula.
